How do you Scale-Up Evidence-Based Programs/Practices or Evidence Informed Innovations across a district, region, province, or state?
The key is to create linked Implementation Teams. These teams need to have the time, talent, and support to create the conditions needed to build upon what’s already working in your organization and create the conditions to help you achieve the desired outcomes for your clients, students, patients, etc.—check out the “level” you work at and read through the level “above” you and the “level” below you.
