National Implementation Research Network
The mission of the National Implementation Research Network (NIRN) is to contribute to the best practices and science of implementation, organization change, and system reinvention to improve outcomes across the spectrum of human services.

State Implementation and Scaling-Up of Evidence-Based Practices (SISEP) Center (I)
Effective implementation capacity is essential to improving education. The SISEP Center supports education systems in creating implementation capacity for evidence‐based practices benefiting students with disabilities. This Federally funded project by the Office of Special Education Programs was one the first examples of Scaling Up Implementation Capacity across and entire State. Seven States were initially selected for more intensive implementation work. States included: MN, OR, NC, IL, MI, MO & VA.

SAMHSA Science to Service Implementation Awards (2008)
The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) created the Science and Service Awards as a way of recognizing community-based organizations and/or coalitions that successfully have implemented one or more recognized evidence-based interventions to benefit consumers and/or communities.

Building Implementation Capacity: Demonstrating a National Approach to Implementing, Sustaining and Scaling Evidence-Based Practices for the Treatment and Prevention of Secondary Complications for Individuals With Spinal Cord Injuries (Canadian)
This project is designed to partner with the Ontario Neurotrauma Foundation to develop implementation capacity using the NIRN Active Implementation frameworks across six rehabilitation sites in three Provinces (Alberta, Ontario & Quebec). The project created the development of a Spinal Cord Injury Knowledge Mobilization Network and developed a national strategy for selecting, implementing and sustaining evidence-based practices that can be scaled across the continum of care and throughout the provinces.

Center on Secondary Education for Students With Autism Spectrum Disorder (CSESA)
The Center on Secondary Education for Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (CSESA) is a multi-site research and development center that will develop a school- and community-based comprehensive treatment model (CTM) for high school students with ASD and conduct an efficacy study of the impact of the CTM on multiple student outcomes and transition to post-school settings.

The SISEP Center continues education systems in creating implementation capacity for evidence‐based practices benefiting students with disabilities. Federal funding for this project is by the Office of Special Education Programs. New to the center was the development of an Implementation Hub to share common resources used to support Implementation Science content knowledge.

Provincial System Support Program Implementation Capacity Development (Canadian)
The purpose of the CAMH’s Provincial System Support Program (PSSP) was to create and build the implementation capacity of regional and local Implementation Teams to help close the service gaps for youth stuggling with additiction and mental health challenges. Using Active Implementation frameworks, Dr. Duda coached and supported CAMH leads in the development of the infrastructure for sustaining and scaling interventions in children’s mental health and addiction sectors across the Province. This project known as the Systems Improvement through Services Collaborative was created to achieve this goal and to inform the Ontario’s 10‐year Comprehensive Mental Health and Addictions Strategy, Open Minds, Healthy Minds (Government of Ontario, 2011).
